So many KB associates provided great service during our time of need. From the time our AC went out, we had a new one installed by the next day. Thank you to Eric, Erik, Patrick, Pat and Victor!

Had a great experience with KB Complete! Terry was very responsive and dedicated to getting the job done. Sam was incredibly helpful and explained the job perfectly and even helped me out with getting my drains cleaned! Kaden and Caleb were both super friendly and working hard to get the job done. Overall super efficient, helpful, and effective! Would definitely recommend KB Complete in the future!

Samer was absolutely fantastic! Our AC went out I have a 10 month old baby& was worried we would be without AC over the holiday weekend. He was able to arrive quickly and got everything all taken care of and fixed in three hours! We had an experience that went smoothly. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Seth did a Great job working on our HVAC service and look forward to him coming back to complete the blower replacement. Seth was very professional and polite and had a great deal of knowledge. Will definitely use again. Kyle did a great job of letting me know what was going on with my outdoor faucet. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely ask for him again when we need to have service done. Both get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Victor was our service repair man. He was very polite professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. We had a leak , he had to find and repair and it included replacing our toilet flange , and he completed the entire job in one day and in it looks like he did a great job. He Had to replace three junctions of our p v c pipe . We would recommend k b complete.

Caleb Baldridge did an excellent job taking care of my basement drain issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Caleb explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was handled properly before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend Caleb to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

Working with Josiah and KB Complete was wonderful. I needed a main line clog cleanout. With a deal, it cost less than $100. Josiah was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He not only allowed, but encouraged me to watch him work and learn what he was doing as he was doing it. There were no hidden fees or extra charges and the whole process was fairly quick. I highly recommend this company.

Scott was amazing. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He’s friendly and personable, while being professional. We are in an unfortunate a/c situation in summer and Scott made sure to get us on the schedule for the next morning so that our family wouldn’t have to spend another day in this heat. So thankful! Give this man a raise! The installers were here the next day, were incredibly professional and got the whole system installed in just under 5 hours. We are beyond pleased with everything. They all deserve raises!

Kyle Lackner initially came out to give me a second opinion on a very poorly located water inlet that had rusted and broken. Before that, a big national chain (Rhymes with Toto-Tooter) had given me an absolutely massive quote and completely misdiagnosed the issue. Kyle took a thorough look at the rest of the plumbing in the house and found several other items that were on borrowed time. He put together a quote that fixed all of the issues — including the original problem — for significantly less than the first company’s quote, and the work was far more effective. The next day, Kyle, Tristan, and Kevin knocked it all out. Excellent quality work and outstanding communication throughout. Highly recommend KB Complete!

The people I spoke with were highly personable. They were willing to share information from both a knowledgeable and fair standpoint. The gentleman I work with was able to give me suggestions based on what he feels is best, what is the most economic choice, and which one would probably work if we couldn't choose the best choice and wanted more than the most economic. While he was busy working, he also was happy to educate anyone around him about anything they wish to know about. He truly believed that it was a good thing for people to know what is going on and why. This is a great thing. More people need to be like that. When he was speaking on the phone to get answers about one of the questions that I had, the lady he spoke to was also very kind and understanding. On top of that they were both fun to talk to and not just simply all business. As anyone who has worked with professionals know all too well. Sometimes it can be hard to speak to them because of not having the common ground and the professional not wanting to be human enough to have common ground. More often than the not professionals want to just get the job done and be done with it without being human towards you. This is not how the people there were. They were both very professional and happy to be human. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would also definitely like to go to them again. I will be honest when I say that even if someone could beat the price they gave, I would not have chosen someone else if they were not able to be both human and professional like these people were. We were very pleased with the emergency plumbing service we received on Friday February 20, we were in quite the bind and were very delighted that your service personnel, Kylee Lucas and Caleb Baldridge, were able to arrive so quickly. They were both very friendly, and fast to get to the root of the problem. They made triple sure to analyze the situation and problem and then Kylee explained it in easy to understand detail so we could make an informed decision. We were/are very pleased so far with the service provided. We look forward to future further improvements! Thank you for your amazing work! Update: this project became a whole lot bigger than first thought, but the team handled it like the pros they are! In addition we got to meet Kaden Timmons and Justin Roberts who are very good at finding problem pipes and routing out the issues. The project lasted for about 4 days! Whoosh! But they got it done right! Thank you so much! Last update: We’ve been very happy with this company and all of the teams they have sent out to help us. May 11, Rob and Richard Stiver arrived to finish the after project cleanup on our front yard. We had to have a pipe dug up and replaced earlier this year. The left over was a mound of dirt about knee deep and covered a patch approximately 8 by 10 feet that hadn’t fully settled. When they were done it was all smoothed out and is now covered in new grass seed with a protective barrier covering it. It only took a little over an hour to get done! It’s soo much better, we can use our yard again! Just wanted to let everyone know how great a job KB Complete did! Thanks again for all your hard work!

Thank you so much for fixing our outlet problem. The job was done the same day we called in which was very nice. Having the repairman’s picture sent to us before arrival was appreciated. The young man helping us was very professional and thorough. I would definitely use your company in the future.

Very punctual and knowledgeable. Were able to identify both of our plumbing problems and fixed them with efficiency. Joe and Rick took care of us and we totally appreciate their plumbing service. We are very happy with what they did for us.

I called KB Complete when are heat went out this afternoon. They quickly got me on the schedule, Brady got to us quickly. He had been to our home before, as usual he was professional, informative, and even saved us some money on some options for a future service plan. I love having options presented to me, although we chose not to have a new motor installed tonight due to cost, I was happy to have the option to do so. Thank you KB Complete and Brady for the help.
