Joseph was very knowledgeable and professional. He needed to work around the contractors and the big mess in my basement. He explained everything very thoroughly and I'm very happy with his work.

I am so happy I went with KBcomplete. Kevin and Kelvin did a thourough initial evaluation and developed a plan that made sense. They were thoughtful, listened and answered all my questions. I had received other proposals and this was the most logical and cost effective. They came the next day, located the leak in my slab, and fixed it. I wondered if they were really plumbers, because I didn't see any a** crack; but they did a wonderful job. They were organized, fast, neat and pleasant. I am very glad to have hot water again. I had such a great experience with this plumbing team and would absolutely recommend them. Very pleased with the electrical evaluation we got this morning. Greg Edwards not only went through what we needed done but discovered a potential fireworks show on the side of our home if we didn't secure our meter box. Alexander Damon and Benicio Rivera were professional and courteous. They attended promptly to the tasks at hand: hardwiring a central vaccum and a tankless water heater and replacing four tester outlets. Our home, because of how it was built, presented some challenges in getting cable fished through the walls. Impressed how these gentlemen worked together and completed the job. Estimate evaluation matched final total. Highly recommend this company.

I had KB Complete to come out and fix a sewer blockage in my line. They sent a great team out to my house to do the work. Luis and Malik. They were both very polite and professional. They explained everything to me and explained what they found. They even ran a camera down the line to the main to ensure it was completely cleared. Replacing an AC isn't cheap these days. I received several quotes and had a lot of questions about the right system size, price, financing options, and warranty coverage. Dre was professional and courteous! Went over over all options and financing! Thanks to availability l, we will have a new HVAC system tomorrow and longer have to deal with a leaking refrigeration coolant. Scott was amazing. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He’s friendly and personable, while being professional. We are in an unfortunate a/c situation in summer and Scott made sure to get us on the schedule for the next morning so that our family wouldn’t have to spend another day in this heat. So thankful! Give this man a raise! The installers were here the next day, were incredibly professional and got the whole system installed in just under 5 hours. We are beyond pleased with everything. They all deserve raises!

Great experience with Johann. My outside AC unit wasn’t working properly, and Johann spent a pretty minute trying to figure out why. It ended up being that a wire had worn out (possibly from an animal), and Johann was quick and thorough in his replacement of the wire. He was nice, open, honest, and straightforward in his assessment/work; which made for a perfect experience. I’ll definitely be back should I run into any further HVAC issues :)

We were very pleased with the emergency plumbing service we received on Friday February 20, we were in quite the bind and were very delighted that your service personnel, Kylee Lucas and Caleb Baldridge, were able to arrive so quickly. They were both very friendly, and fast to get to the root of the problem. They made triple sure to analyze the situation and problem and then Kylee explained it in easy to understand detail so we could make an informed decision. We were/are very pleased so far with the service provided. We look forward to future further improvements! Thank you for your amazing work! Update: this project became a whole lot bigger than first thought, but the team handled it like the pros they are! In addition we got to meet Kaden Timmons and Justin Roberts who are very good at finding problem pipes and routing out the issues. The project lasted for about 4 days! Whoosh! But they got it done right! Thank you so much! Last update: We’ve been very happy with this company and all of the teams they have sent out to help us. May 11, Rob and Richard Stiver arrived to finish the after project cleanup on our front yard. We had to have a pipe dug up and replaced earlier this year. The left over was a mound of dirt about knee deep and covered a patch approximately 8 by 10 feet that hadn’t fully settled. When they were done it was all smoothed out and is now covered in new grass seed with a protective barrier covering it. It only took a little over an hour to get done! It’s soo much better, we can use our yard again! Just wanted to let everyone know how great a job KB Complete did! Thanks again for all your hard work!
