Just a note to say thank you. Recently your serviceman came out on an emergency after hours call on what I thought was a bad sump pump. They determined it was a separated pipe which had come unglued. I would not have known it was not a sump pump problem. You decided it was your fault and did the repair at no charge to me, even for the service call.
